When an ache or pain experienced by the body stems from a disruption in the natural alignment and state of the bone, joint or muscle, a Tit Tar physician's aim is to identify the nature of the problem and correct it with a combination of expert acupressure methods and traditional herbal plasters.

These plasters are customized for each and every patient - the herbs are chosen on-site for the specifications of the body injury of a patient, and are hand-pounded, sealed in a biodegradable plaster and applied to the skin after an acupressure session.

Acupressure, or Hand Manipulation

Acupressure is an ancient Chinese medicine science that creates harmony between the patient's body injury and the natural flow of energy, or Qi. By using the fingers to manipulate, stimulate and enhance the flow of Qi to an injured joint, acupressure releases muscle tension, promotes the circulation of the blood and relieves pain. This then speeds up recovery and strengthens body resistance.
