9 years old (Female) who diagnosed with scoliosis in early of March 2020. Involved in ballerina activities since 4 years old and experience regularly lower back pain and acne before treatment. The condition of her scoliosis is worsen dramatically in 2020, leads to uneven shoulder, over arch (forward) on lower back area, tilted neck (to left) and uneven hips.
The overall ballerina balancing posture greatly affected due to scoliosis. Parents and teachers need to take note about child and students posture especially during growing stage. This periods is the most important age as scoliosis could develops on them due to incorrect daily posture (slouching, sittings), heaving backpack lifting and etc.
